2026 Assembly is November 6-8, 2026

Location: Holiday Inn Burlington Hotel & Conference Centre.

• Information Package has been distributed by District Reps; Group Reps should have distributed the information to their group members for discussion.
• Deadline for registration and payment is October 6, 2026.
• Deadline for report submission to the Area Secretary, Carrie E., is October 6, 2026.
• Reports from those presenting are required in Word or PDF format (not embedded in an email)
• Members are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Deadline for booking your hotel room is October 6, 2026, after which the room and guaranteed rate may not be available.
• This is an election year for Ontario South Executive. For those Executive positions for which resumes were not submitted, eligible members will be asked from the floor if they are willing to stand for the position. Please refer to the Area Manual, Section 2A and Section 5A, item 19.
• Literature Distribution Centre pre-orders: Orders must be received in the office by no later than 1pm on Sept 21st. They will set the order up and confirm the total. Once that is provided payments must be in by 1pm on Sept 28th.
